Deposit Bonds

Alternative Conveyancing are authorised agents of Deposit Power.

General criteria to obtain a bond:

• Unconditional loan approval, from an approved lender (valuation is the only allowable condition)
• Settlement to occur within 26 weeks
• A copy of the signed and dated Contract for Sale
• The maximum amount of the Deposit Bond is up to 10% of the purchase price
• The appropriate application form to be completed and executed by all purchasers and the relevant fee paid

Deposit Power charge a fee of 1.3% of the Bond amount.
Alternative Conveyancing are authorised to write bonds up to $100,000.00.
